As a pediatric sleep consultant with years of experience as a nanny, I’ve helped countless families achieve better sleep for their little ones. I’ve spent years working closely with babies, learning their unique sleep patterns, needs, and quirks. My background has given me a deep understanding of what works — and more importantly, what doesn’t.
I specialize in both virtual consultations and in-person, hands-on sleep training. My mission is to support you in creating peaceful nights for your family, whether that’s from the comfort of your home or by being there in person to help guide you through the process.
After years of helping babies sleep, I saw the impact that healthy sleep habits had on entire families, including my own. It wasn’t just about the baby sleeping; it was about the peace that followed — the joy of seeing parents well-rested, confident, and happy.
Because of my experience with sleep training before I became a mom myself, my baby slept amazingly because I knew what to do and I knew it would work! She was sleeping 12 hours through the night by 3.5 months old and always fell asleep without needing assistance (which certainly came in handy when I had other babies to take care of as well while nannying!).
I realized that I wanted to do this full-time — not just as part of my nanny duties, but as my core mission. That’s why I shifted my focus to pediatric sleep consulting, knowing that I could make an even greater difference by helping families everywhere overcome their sleep challenges.

• In-person support for one or two nights, daytime help with naps, or up to an entire weekend of 48 hours! Contact me for more information about this and to discuss your needs.
*The total price for the Super Dreamer will depend on your exact location (within Los Angeles and Orange County only), how many hours/nights you would like me to help, and what your specific needs are. A minimum of one 12 hour overnight is required. My availability as of right now is weekends only (Friday and Saturday for overnights) and I can only accept 1 or 2 in-home clients a month so make sure to reach out if you’d like to get on my schedule soon!

>> Can this work for older children?
Absolutely! I’ve worked with children of all ages and can adjust the plan for your child’s specific stage, all the way up to preschool age.
